MASON CASEBEER, Washburn Rural

A junior, Casebeer teamed with Nick Luetje to earn a Class 6A state doubles medal last season with a 12th-place finish. Casebeer and Luetje placed second in the city tournament in No. 1 doubles, second in 6A regional competition and fifth in the Centennial League. Casebeer earned a spot on TopSports.news' 2021 All-Shawnee County team.

CARTER COOL, Topeka West

The Topeka West junior claimed the city title in No. 1 singles last spring as well as a Class 5A regional singles championship in his first season of high school tennis. Cool also finished as the Centennial League singles runner-up and competed in the 5A state tournament, earning a spot on the TSN All-Shawnee County team.

IAN CUSICK, Topeka West

A junior, Cusick teamed with his twin brother, Miles, to win the city title in No. 1 doubles as the Chargers captured the city team title. The Cusicks added Centennial League and Class 5A regional doubles titles before placing ninth in the 5A state tournament.

MILES CUSICK, Topeka West

Cusick, a junior, teamed with twin brother Ian to sweep city, Centennial League and Class 5A regional doubles championships before earning state medals with a ninth-place showing in the 5A state championships, the Cusick's first state tournament appearance.

GUS GLOTZBACH, Hayden

A junior, Glotzbach teamed with Michael Sandstrom to post a second-place finish in doubles in the 2021 Class 4A state tournament. Glotzbach and Sandstrom were also 4A regional champs and placed third in the city tournament in No. 1 doubles.

KYLER KNUDTSON, Washburn Rural

Knudtson capped his junior season with a Class 6A state medal last season, placing 11th in singles. Knudtson also placed third in the city tournament in No. 1 singles, was fourth in the Centennial League and third in 6A regional competition.

NICK LUETJE, Washburn Rural

The Rural senior teamed with Mason Casebeer last season to earn a Class 6A state doubles medal with a 12th-place finish. Luetje and Casebeer were second in the city in No. 1 doubles and placed second at regionals and fifth in the Centennial League.

JADEN RODRIGUEZ, Shawnee Heights

 A senior, Rodriguez finished as the No. 1 singles runner-up in the city tournament last spring and competed in the Class 5A state tournament after qualifying for state with a fourth-place regional finish in singles for the T-Birds.

MICHAEL SANDSTROM, Hayden

 A senior two-time state medalist, Sandstrom teamed with Gus Glotzbach to post a second-place finish in doubles in the 2021 Class 4A state tournament, finishing off a 27-10 record on the year. Sandstrom and Glotzbach were regional doubles champions and finished third in the city meet.

MASON THIEU, Washburn Rural

Thieu starred at Washburn Rural as a freshman in 2019 before competing out of state last season. As a freshman at Rural in '19, Thieu placed ninth in Class 6A singles. Thieu also placed second in No. 1 singles in the city meet, third in Centennial League singles and second in 6A regional competition. Most recently Thieu trained at Florida's Celsius Tennis Academy.
