HAILEY BECK, Washburn Rural
Beck, a senior goalkeeper, helped 17-3-1 Washburn Rural win the Centennial League championship and finish second in the Class 6A state tournament last season, earning All-Centennial League second-team recognition and All-City honorable mention. Beck has signed a letter of intent with Washburn University. Beck was also a multi-time state qualifier in tennis.
LAILAH BENZ, Shawnee Heights
A sophomore midfielder, Benz earned first-team All-City honors as a freshman for the 13-5-0 T-Birds and was also a first-team All-United Kansas Conference selection. Benz earned All-Class 5A honorable mention from the Kansas High School Soccer Coaches Association last season.
ZAHRA FRIESS, Cair Paravel Latin
As a freshman, Friess helped lead Cair Paravel to a fourth-place finish in the Class 4A-1A state tournament last spring, with the Lions posting a 15-5-0 record. Friess earned All-4A-1A first-team honors from the Kansas High School Soccer Coaches Association in 2022 and was a first-team All-City and All-Kaw Valley Conference pick.
KATE HINCK, Washburn Rural
Hinck was an immediate contributor for Washburn Rural last spring as a freshman, earning first-team All-City and All-Centennial League recognition at forward. Hinck helped the Junior Blues post a 17-3 record on the way to the Centennial League championship and a runnerup finish in the Class 6A state tournament. Hinck was a starter for Rural's basketball team that finished second in 6A last week.
KATHERINE KEYS, Cair Paravel Latin
A junior forward, Keys helped 15-5-0 Cair Paravel advance to the Class 4A-1A final four last season en route to a fourth-place state finish. Keys earned a first-team spot on the All-City team for the second straight season and was also a first-team All-Kaw Valley Conference selection.
MACKINLY ROHN, Washburn Rural
Rohn, a senior, earned All-Class 6A honorable mention from the Kansas High School Soccer Coaches Association last season after helping Washburn Rural post a 17-3-1 record on the way to a Centennial League championship and a second-place finish in the Class 6A state tournament. Rohn earned All-Centennial League honorable mention. Rohn has signed a letter of intent with Washburn University.
LAUREN SANDSTROM, Hayden
A junior, Sandstrom earned second-team All-Centennial League recognition last season after helping lead the Wildcats to a 10-7-1 record. Sandstrom is a three-sport standout for Hayden, winning the Class 4A state doubles championship last fall and helping lead the Wildcats to a berth in last week's 4A state basketball tournament.
ELINORE STALLBAUMER, Seaman
Stallbaumer, a junior defender, was a first-team All-City selection last season after helping the Vikings compile an 11-6-1 record. Stallbaumer also received All-Centennial League honorable mention as a sophomore. Stallbaumer was a member of Seaman's basketball team that posted a 21-2 record and advanced to last week's 5A state tournament.
ISABELL VAN FLEET, Shawnee Heights
Van Fleet, a sophomore midfielder/forward, helped Shawnee Heights post a 13-5 record last season, earning All-Class 5A honorable mention from the Kansas High School Soccer Coaches Association. Van Fleet received a first-team spot on the All-United Kansas Conference team in 2022 as well as All-City honorable mention.
BROOKLYN YINGLING, Seaman
A senior forward, Yingling is a two-time first-team All-City honoree for Seaman and also earned All-Centennial League first-team recognition after helping lead the Vikings to an 11-6-1 record last season.
AVERY ZIMMERMAN, Topeka High
Zimmerman, a junior midfielder, earned first-team All-City honors for the second straight season last spring, helping lead Topeka High to a 12-6-0 record. Zimmerman also received first-team All-Centennial League recognition as well as All-Class 6A honorable mention from the Kansas High School Soccer Coaches Association. Zimmerman is also a multi-time state qualifier in golf.
