Seaman’s bowling teams dominated Tuesday's quadrangular at West Ridge Lanes, sweeping all four titles.

Seaman's boys won the team championship by a 2,445-2,185 over Topeka West, with senior Dylan Birkenbaugh leading a 1-2-3 individual finish for the Vikings.

Birkenbaugh posted a 628 three-game series while Jack Easum was second with a 618 and Braxton Moore finished third with a 591.

Seaman's girls won by a 1,974-1,737 margin over Hayden while Viking junior Makenzie Millard took top individual honors with a 596 series.

Topeka West's Justin Brookens finished fourth in the boys division with a 569 while Aaron Thomas of Hayden rounded out the top five with a 562.

Hayden's Kayla Simons finished second individually with a 528 series while Topeka West's Megan Wood took third (525), Seaman's Katie Price fourth (487) and Highland Park's Jackie Perez fifth (473).

SHAWNEE HEIGHTS SWEEPS TRIANGULAR

Shawnee Heights continued its hot start to the 2021 season, sweeping the titles in Tuesday's home United Kansas Conference triangular at Gage Bowl. 

Heights’ boys won the team championship by a 2,377-2,022 margin over Turner by 355 pins, with the T-Birds sweeping the top three individual spots.

Josh Egly won the boys title with a 588 series while Benjamin Weinzirl was second with a 587 and Aidan VanMetre third with a 580.

Shawnee Heights also got a tie for fourth from Shane May (561).while the girls’ 2,101 total was 287 better than Basehor-Linwood.

The T-Bird girls won by a 2,101-1,714 margin over Basehor-Linwood, with senior Brylee Prockish rolling a day's best 622 series to claim individual honors. Prockish also had the high game of the day, a second-game 237.

Heights' Samara Colon was the runner-up with a 513 series while the T-Birds' Maggie Stadler was fourth (507).
