Washburn Rural junior Amare Jones and Junior Blues senior Griffin Durst received All-Centennial League first-team recognition in balloting from the league coaches.

Jones and Durst headlined a list of eight city players who received All-Centennial League recognition.

Earning second-team all-league honors were Topeka High senior Isaiah Lyons, Washburn Rural junior Kaden Ballard and Hayden senior Dom Ridley.

Hayden senior Cooper Colboch received all-league honorable mention along with junior Da'Mykel Hales of Topeka High, sophomore John Hoytal of Washburn Rural and Rural senior JC Heim.

Junction City's Jackson Austin was named the league player of the year while Blue Jay coach Nick Perez was tapped as the coach of the year.

Manhattan's Ashler Newcomer was named the newcomer of the year.

First team

River Peters, Emporia; Jackson Austin, Junction City; Larkin Turner, Junction City; Jason Kim, Manhattan; Amare Jones, Washburn Rural;  Griffin Durst, Washburn Rural.

Second team

Isaiah Lyons, Topeka High; Sheldon Stewart, Emporia; Kaden Ballard, Washburn Rural; Lovell Autry, Junction City; Dom Ridley, Hayden;  Asher Newcomer, Manhattan.

Honorable Mention

Cooper Colboch, Hayden; Ian McNabb, Manhattan; Da’Mykel Hales, Topeka High; John Hoytal, Washburn Rural; JC Heim, Washburn Rural.

Player of the year -- Jackson Austin, Junction City.

Newcomer of the year -- Asher Newcomer, Manhattan.

Coach of the year -- Nick Perez, Junction City.
