Seaman's girls basketball team continued its giant-killing week with a 56-46 home non-league win over No. 4-ranked (Clss 5A) Lansing Friday night.
The No. 8-ranked Vikings knocked off No. 2 Topeka High (6A) on Tuesday before following that up with another impressive upset.

The Vikings, who improved to 13-5 and the 15-3 Lions were tied 7-7 at the end of the opening quarter, but Seaman took a 20-16 halftime advantage and broke the game open with a 19-10 third quarter.
Lansing outcored Seaman 20-17 over the final eight minutes but it wasn't enough for the Lions to catch the Vikings.
Sophomore Taylin Stallbaumer led Seaman with 19 points and four 3-pointers while Carstyn Anderson added 13 points with three treys and Anna Becker 12 points.
TOPEKA HIGH GIRLS 63, HAYDEN 54 -- No. 2-ranked (6A) Topeka High bounced back from its Tuesday night loss to Seaman with a 63-54 Centennial League road win at Hayden.

Topeka High, now 17-1 overall and 14-1 in the Centennial League, opened the first quarter with a 22-11 scoring edge and led by 14 in the second quarter, but Hayden cut its halftime deficit to 35-32 and the Wildcats were still within six points (48-42) at the start of the fourth quarter.
Hayden (10-8, 7-7) got within a point with 5:53 remaining, but Topeka High senior standout Tae Thomas hit back-to-back 3-pointers to push the Trojans' advantage back to seven points.
Junior Kiki Smith led Topeka High with 20 points while Thomas added 15 and three 3-pointers and Faith Shields had 11 points.
Senior Carly Stuke led Hayden with a game-high 21 points while senior Macy Smith added 15 points.
WASHBURN RURAL GIRLS 54, MANHATTAN 17 -- No. 3-ranked Washburn Rural (6A) bounced back from last Friday's loss to Topeka High in a big way, romping to a 54-17 home Centennial League win over Manhattan.

Washburn Rural built a 15-4 first-quarter advantage and turned the game into a rout by halftime, leading 35-8 after a 20-4 second quarter.
The Junior Blues led 46-11 at the end of the third quarter and a running clock was used throughout the fourth.
Washburn Rural junior Brooklyn De Leye scored a game-high 17 points with a pair of 3-pointers while sophomore Zoe Canfield added nine points on three 3-pointers, senior Emma Krueger seven points and junior MaRyah Lutz six points on two 3s.
SILVER LAKE GIRLS 48, ROCK CREEK 37 -- Silver Lake won Friday's contest between state-ranked teams, with the No. 1-ranked (3A) Eagles topping the No. 7-ranked (4A) Mustangs, 48-37.
Rock Creek led 12-8 at the end of the opening quarter before Silver Lake used an 11-3 second quarter to take a 19-15 halftime advantage.
Silver Lake outscored Rock Creek 16-10 in the third to push its lead to nine (34-25) and outscored the Mustangs 13-12 over the final eight minutes to take the win.
Silver Lake improved to 17-1 while Rock Creek fell to 14-4.
With Friday's win the Eagles took their second victory over the Mustangs in three games on the season.
ROSSVILLE 35, RILEY COUNTY 34 -- Rossville outscored Riley County 15-12 in the fourth quarter to pull out the 35-34 win.
Sophomore Emma Mitchell powered the Bulldawgs with 19 points.
Riley County led 18-14 at the half but the Bulldawgs held a 21-16 scoring edge after the break, including 15-12 in the fourth quarter.
Hailey Sharp led Riley County with 13 points.
