 Cair Paravel Latin's girls soccer team cruised to its second straight victory on Thursday, taking a 7-0 decision over Maranatha Academy at the Sunflower Soccer Complex.

Sophomores Katherine Keys and Corinne Stapleton and freshman Zara Lewis all scored two goals for the Lions, who evened their record at 2-2, while senior Sage Schwartz also had a goal for Cair Paravel.

Sage Schwartz was also credited with two assists and Keys one assist.

Freshman Sawyer Schwartz posted the shutout in goal for Cair Paravel.

Cair Paravel opened up a 3-0 lead at the half before adding four games after the break to turn the game into a rout.
