BO ALDRIDGE, Highland Park

Aldridge, a 6-foot-4 senior, scored 47 points and grabbed 18 rebounds in Highland Park's three Class 5A state tournament games, helping the Scots cap a 24-1 season with a third-place state finish. Aldridge scored 24 points with four 3-pointers and grabbed eight rebounds in Hi Park's 55-54 semifinal loss to eventual state champion Andover and scored 16 points with six rebounds in Saturday's 79-46 win over Hutchinson in the third-place game.

ANNA BECKER, Seaman

Becker, a 5-foot-10 sophomore, earned the girls player of the year honor in the United Kansas Conference after leading Seaman to the UKC championship and a berth in the Class 5A state tournament. Becker had eight points, seven rebounds, four assists and three steals in the Vikings' first-round state loss to St. James Academy, with Seaman finishing its season with a 21-2 record.

BROOKLYN DE LEYE, Washburn Rural

De Leye, a 6-foot-2 senior, scored 14 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in Washburn Rural's 35-34 loss to Blue Valley North in Saturday's Class 6A girls state championship game. De Leye, who helped Rural win the 6A state basketball title as a junior and the 6A volleyball title as a senior, scored 43 points and grabbed 37 rebounds in the Junior Blues' three state tournament contests.

ISABELLA HOHL, Washburn University

Former Bishop Carroll standout Hohl earned first-team All-America honors in the women's 60-meter dash at the NCAA Division II National Indoor Championships at Virginia Beach, Va. Hohl, a junior, captured the first All-America first-team honor of her career as she placed sixth in the 60-meter finals in 7.44 seconds, besting her 7.49 time in the prelims. Hohl, a second-team All-American last season, owns each of the top 10 fastest women's 60 dash times in WU's record book.

CONNOR LAST, Washburn University

Redshirt sophomore Connor Last, a Clay Center native, earned first-team All-America honors for Washburn University in the NCAA Division II Indoor National Track and Field Championships at Virginia Beach, Va. with a fifth-place finish in the long jump with a best of 7.34 meters (24 feet, 01.80 inches) . Last is now a four-time All-American in the long jump

AMELIA RAMSEY, Highland Park

A 6-foot sophomore, Ramsey was named the girls player of the year in the Meadowlark Conference after leading the Scot to the undefeated conference championship in Highland Park's first year in the league. Ramsey led the Scots to a 19-4 record overall as Highland Park advanced to the Class 5A state tournament for the first time since the 2012 season. Ramsey had 12 points and seven rebounds in Hi Park's 66-22 state loss to state champ St. Thomas Aquinas.
