Shawnee Heights posted its fourth straight win Tuesday, a 67-41 United Kansas Conference home decision over Kansas City-Turner, while Seaman posted its second straight victory, a 48-39 UKC road win at Basehor-Linwood. Sophomore Jaret Sanchez led Shawnee Heights with 12 points against Turner while Q Stovall added 10 points and Dylan Sanchez nine.

TOPEKA HIGH (1-7, 0-3) at HAYDEN (3-4, 0-3)

Topeka High dropped a 54-42 home Centennial League decision to No. 10-ranked (Class 6A) Washburn Rural on Tuesday while No. 6 (4A) Hayden lost a tight 44-42 league game at Junction City. Junior Bryson Thrasher led Topeka High with 16 points, including three 3-pointers, against Washburn Rural while junior Isaiah Lyons added nine points on three 3s.

 MANHATTAN (5-3, 1-1) at WASHBURN RURAL (6-2, 3-0)

Washburn Rural has won four straight games, including a 54-42 Centennial League road win at Topeka High Tuesday night. Senior Jack Bachelor paced the Junior Blues with 17 points while senior Jacob Hirschi added 11. Manhattan was off Tuesday after dropping a 53-46 Centennial League decision to Junction City last Friday.

PIPER (5-3, 5-2) at TOPEKA WEST (6-1, 5-1)

No. 6-ranked (Class 5A) Topeka West was off Tuesday after a big 51-50 United Kansas Conference road win at No. 7 De Soto last Friday. Senior Sincere Austin led the Chargers with 21 points while senior Malachi Berg hit the game-winning free throw with 1.7 seconds remaining. Piper is coming off a 65-63 UKC loss to De Soto on Tuesday.

HIGHLAND PARK (5-0, 3-0) at KC-HARMON (1-5, 1-2)

Highland Park, ranked No. 1 in Class 5A by the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association, stayed unbeaten with a 107-64 Meadowlark Conference victory at Kansas City-Sumner on Tuesday. Harmon picked up its first win of the season on Tuesday, taking a  60-59 Meadowlark victory over KC-Schlagle.

RILEY COUNTY (2-6, 0-4) at SILVER LAKE (3-4, 3-2)

Silver Lake is coming off a 35-32 Mid-East League victory over Wabaunsee on Tuesday, while Riley County is coming off a 65-40 loss to St. Marys. Silver Lake, which snapped a brief two-game losing streak, got 12 points from senior Braxton McDaniel and nine from senior Troy Heiman against Wabaunsee. Silver Lake took a 53-41 win over Riley County on Dec. 9.

ST. MARYS (4-4, 3-1) at ROSSVILLE (4-5, 2-1)

Rossville posted a 58-55 non-league win over Valley Heights Thursday night and the Bulldawgs have now won four out of their past five games. St. Marys is coming off a 65-40 Mid-East League win over Riley County on Tuesday. With Thursday's win, Brandon McDonnell's Bulldawgs surpassed their victory total from the 2021-2022 season.

OLATHE HERITAGE CHRISTIAN (6-0, 2-0) at CAIR PARAVEL LATIN (2-5, 0-1)

After dropping a four-point double-overtime Kaw Valley Conference decision at Kansas City Christian last Friday, Cair Paravel bounced back with a 66-13 non-league victory over Kansas School for the Deaf, with the Lions snapping a five-game losing streak. Evan Will led the Lions with 15 points against KSD while Simon Everhart added 14 points and Ben Roeder 11. Heritage Christian is coming off a 71-63 Kaw Valley Conference win over Bishop Seabury on Tuesday.
