Sophomore Ryker Tetuan and junior Everett Tourtillott combined for a five-inning perfect game on the mound in a 10-0 first-game Hayden baseball win over Osage City Tuesday before the host Wildcats rolled to a 17-2 rout in the nightcap to complete the non-league sweep.

With Tuesday's wins Hayden improved to 11-3 on the season while stretching its win streak to seven games.
"I thought we played pretty fundamental, and that's what you want day-in and day-out,'' Hayden coach Bill Arnold said. "We had an opportunity to play a lot of guys, too, which was good. I appreciate their effort.''
Tetuan, a left-hander, set down 12 straight Indians in the opener with six strikeouts before right-hander Tourtillott worked a perfect fifth inning.
Offensively Hayden got three hits and four runs batted in from junior Caleb Menke in the first game, ending things by way of the 10-run spread after four and a half innings.
Osage City (5-11) actually jumped in front 1-0 in the top of the first in the second game but Hayden answered with six runs on five hits in the bottom of the inning to take control, including a two-run single from sophomore Max Becker.
The Wildcats tacked on five runs in the second, including a two-run single from Menke, before ending things in the fourth.
Senior Kade Mitchell went 3 for 3 with a double while sophomore Ben Tourtillott went 2 for 2 with four RBI and Menke had a pair of its.

Tuesday's wins began a busy week for Hayden, which will travel to Chanute on Wednesday for a non-league twinbill before returning to Centennial League play Friday against Topeka High at Hummer Sports Park.
